Donations

Purpose: Donations are accepted with the understanding that they will be used for the charitable purposes and mission of Oneness Generation as outlined in its governing documents. Lokaa Foundation has the discretion to allocate funds to specific programs or projects within its charitable objectives.

Representations: By making a donation, you represent that the funds are your own and have not been obtained through illegal means. You also affirm that you are not under any obligation to Lokaa Foundation and that the donation is made voluntarily.

Tax Deductibility: Oneness Generation is a registered charitable organization, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary tax advice and documentation for claiming tax benefits related to the donation.

Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, where an error has occurred, you may contact Oneness Generation within 30 days of the donation date to request a review and potential correction. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer account within 7 - 14 business days. Lokaa Foundation retains the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests.

User Content

Submissions: You may post reviews, comments, photographs, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as none of these materials are illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and do not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate anyone, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content.

License: You grant Oneness Generation a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you submit to the Website. This includes the right to use your name and any other information you provide in connection with your content.

Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to all content you submit to the Website; that all such content is accurate; and that use of such content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.
